How We Use Information

Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.

How We Protect Client Financial Data

Client records are handled under strict confidentiality. Books are maintained in QuickBooks Online, documents are exchanged through secure, access-controlled cloud folders rather than email attachments where possible, and access is limited to the people working on your engagement. We retain client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and tax-documentation requirements, after which they are securely deleted on request.

Your Choices
